The Future Leaders program offers a wide variety of online, virtual, and in person training programs to support residents and fellows pursuing orthopaedic, neurosurgical, and other related specialties.
Our course curriculum is designed to compliment the current ACGME and ABOS requirements and strengthen clinical skills relating to the safe and effective use of our product portfolio.
We offer courses and mobile lab tours with hands-on skills training and either sawbones or cadaveric specimens with a focus on total procedural care. Many Future Leaders events also introduce foundations of well-being and surgical career lessons learned from surgeon faculty.
